Deviant artist RinTheYordle put together this very beautiful piece featuring the demise of Snaff, Zojja’s mentor. The style is wonderful, and you can really see the emotion on Eir’s face of the loss of such a close friend. Check out her gallery for other game related art, including more Guild Wars art.

Prepare yourself for gorgeous women and colorful scenes. MagicnaAnavi is a 23-year-old girl from Serbia who enjoys good comics, games, and of course art. Are you hoping to see the resurrection of the Ritualist class in Guild Wars 2? Magicna sure is!
How did you first discover Guild Wars?
Back in 2007 my brother gave me his Elementalist to play a little. It didn’t really take long for me to get completely hooked onGuild Wars.
What media do you prefer to work in?
All of my traditional pieces are done mostly for practice. I really try to focus more on digital media.
What is your method of creating artwork?
Well, as usual, before I start with work, I like to do a little research on a subject itself (like what kind of fabric is used to make belly dance costumes, or how her tattoos should reflect light, and stuff like that). After that I just doodle around (small thumbnails), nothing too detailed, just to get feel of the pose. It usually takes me around 3-10 thumbs to get what I want. When I find the most fitting pose for the character, I start from a blank canvas and work on making a detailed sketch. After that, process is kinda straightforward, I block the colors in and start to paint.
What particular challenges do you face in your artwork, and what comes easier for you?
I always struggle to get the anatomy right. But luckily for me, I always have a lot of people to help out with their priceless constructive criticism I think the easiest thing when it comes to painting something is painting skin.
What aspects of Guild Wars 2 do you enjoy most?
Unfortunately that’s not something I can summarize in a few sentences, haha, but I’m gonna try I love playing with my friends, exploring the outstanding world, and taking as many screens shots as I can! After more of that, I will get my tablet, open Photoshop and paint my characters ^^
Look forward to more gorgeous artwork from Magicna in the near future!
