We’ve known for a little while that ArenaNet has been planning a big November update.  Forum posts in red have all but stated that the reason Halloween couldn’t be extended for those affected by Hurricane Sandy was because Bellevue was planning yet another major update for November 15th.  Here it is! 

As the Halloween season slouches closer and closer, I thought it might be time for a story.

It is a tale of despair, death, and despotism.

                                                   Of lunatics and rioters.
