GWOnline uploaded a few beta videos today (as well as update to their beta video playlist) that are sure to sate the thirst of you hungry Memsers. There is also a short video of random NPC banter, the music of World v World, and seated jumping! Not only have Tyrians evolved enough to learn how to jump, they’ve also mastered jumping while in a seated position. This most likely the result of genetic mutation via the splicing of frog DNA with their own. I blame the Engineers.
The first 2 videos are a 2 part series of structured PvP from the perspective of a Mesmer. The matches are roughly 20 minutes long and are on both the newest map and the familiar Kyhlo.
The Mesmer’s weapon of choice is the staff, which is a nice change from the usual greatsword (which is quite awesome to see a clothy use a monster sword). Not a lot of dodging, but it’s not a professional, and of course the game is still in beta. Also, beware of giant bear mauling.

The Battle of Khylo map is where our second video takes place; Same set up but without the giant bear. Same lack of dodging, but overall a good watch if you want to see a staff Mesmer go at it in PvP. Both of these videos finish in under 15 minutes, showing the brief fast-paced nature of instanced PvP.
This last video is a jumble of assorted clips. The random NPC banter is quite humorous, as well as the seated jumping. The music is also quite fantastic sounding and is only a small taste of the overall soundtrack.
